Heather Amro works in conjunction with the project architects and consultants to build a design that meets the client’s goals and objectives, budget and schedule. Heather is responsible for the day-to-day activities on the project and is the main point of contact for the Owner. She manages the project team interface and logistical planning to ensure design and construction activities are coordinated amongst all team members. She assures the project, as designed, is constructed in accordance with the drawings and specifications.
Well versed in contract negotiations, budget and schedule development and management, invoicing and waiver procedures, design management, building code regulations, and construction site management.Has completed over 2 million SF of tenant improvement and more than $65 million dollars in development projects including new building development, site and underground utility development, façade restoration, parking garage restoration, and commercial building infrastructure improvements.
