From 2014 to 2016, AVA managed the modification of 13 elevators servicing the 51-floor building. Additionally, on 5 of the 13 elevators, flooring was replaced inside the cab.
AVA was retained to manage the construction team that was already in place by Sudler Management. The scope consisted of concrete repairs at all balconies and slab edges, concrete painting, replacement of railing anchorage, new waterproofing membrane installation at balconies, sporadic window and balcony caulking was done at units experiencing water infiltration.
