Queen of All Saints Basilica School Renovation

Chicago, Illinois

In 2018, AVA was retained to assist the Archdiocese and the parish in the general contractor bidding process as well as the construction process. The project is designed as a 3-phase project to accommodate cashflow and operating requirements – to limit the amount of construction during the academic year.  Phase I commenced fall 2018 and will be completed in time for the fall 2019 classes.

The renovation will provide improvements to the Benedict Center, Keene Building, and Lemont Building and will feature improved classrooms and offices, a remodel of the Holy Name Room, and a new Science Lab, Library/Resource Center, Teachers’ Lounge, and Music Room.  The renovation will also provide new mechanical systems in all remodeled areas as well as a new elevator to service parishioners.
